I will never get over the sheer beauty and subtlety of their faces in this scene. GUH. It’s all so tiny and so perfectly expressed and they’re both breaking apart inside, absolutely falling to pieces but you can only see it by the tiniest twitches of their lips..
They don’t even need a script. They can just say EVERYTHING with THEIR FACES. *Sobs*
This scene ALONE should get them both Emmy nods. I mean, come on: they convey so much with the flaring of a nostril and the tiniest quirking of an eyebrow. HOW IS THIS SHOW SO BRILLIANT??!! HOW ARE THESE TWO SO AMAZING??!!
